Philip Folsom is a cultural development expert and thought leader in the creation of high performing teams.  In the last 25 years he has delivered transformational leadership programs for over half a million individuals and teams from fortune 50 companies such as Sony and Microsoft as well as notable non profits and multiple branches of the military and police.

 

Philip was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and enlisted in the US Army at age 17 as a Field Artillery Surveyor (82C).  He was picked to join the Army's first arial recon unit (13T) working with Lockheed-Martin where he traveled, tested and training extensively with a secret security clearance.  He eventually left the military with an honorable discharge as a field medic (91A)
